I’m Karen Couillard, a Realtor® with Keller Williams Success Realty, licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. With 17 years of real estate experience, I help homeowners, buyers, growing families, seniors, and families navigating important real estate transitions throughout communities in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction. For many people, a home is their largest asset, and the decisions surrounding it can have a significant impact on their next chapter. My approach is professional, direct, and client-focused: I educate my clients, explain what to expect, provide experienced guidance, and advocate for their interests throughout the process.

My areas of experience include residential home sales, seller and buyer representation, senior downsizing, probate sales, relocation, bank-owned properties, pricing strategy, preparing homes for market, and negotiation. As an SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®), I have a particular focus on helping seniors navigate downsizing and real estate transitions with thoughtful guidance.

When a property needs work before going on the market, I can also connect homeowners with an extensive network of contacts who can assist with minor or major home updates.

Before becoming a Realtor®, I spent six years as a loan officer. That background gives me additional perspective on the financing side of a real estate transaction and helps me educate buyers and sellers about the broader process.
